This Coaching Agreement outlines the terms and expectations for individuals participating in online coaching services provided by SM Performance & Coaching LLC. By purchasing or participating in coaching services, you agree to the terms described below.
Coaching Services
SM Performance & Coaching LLC provides online fitness coaching services designed to help clients improve strength, body composition, and overall fitness.
Coaching services may include:
• Custom workout programming
• Exercise technique guidance
• General nutrition guidance
• Progress tracking and adjustments
• Accountability and habit coaching
• Communication and support through approved coaching platforms
The exact services provided may vary depending on the coaching plan selected.
🧭 How It Works
1. Book a Consultation & Fill Out a Quick Form
To get started, you’ll book your consultation. After booking, you will get a follow-up email with a short form to complete. This helps me understand your current situation, goals, training experience, lifestyle, and what you’re looking to achieve. Then we will meet to discuss the form and dive deeper into the form's questions.
This step ensures the coaching is a good fit before moving forward.
2. Get Approved + Complete Payment
After reviewing your application, you’ll either be accepted into the program or contacted for clarification if needed.
If approved, you’ll receive instructions to complete payment and officially secure your coaching spot.
Your spot is only reserved once payment is completed.
3. Receive Onboarding + Setup Instructions
Once payment is confirmed, you’ll go through an onboarding process. This includes:
Gathering your starting information (measurements, habits, schedule, etc.)
Setting up your training and nutrition framework (if included)
Accessing your coaching platform or communication method
Reviewing expectations, check-in structure, and communication guidelines
This step ensures everything is tailored specifically to you before training begins.
4. Start Your Customized Coaching Program
After onboarding is complete, your personalized program is delivered and coaching officially begins.
You’ll start following your training plan, implementing nutrition guidance, and receiving ongoing feedback, adjustments, and accountability based on your progress.
From here, the focus is execution, consistency, and continuous improvement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for actively participating in the coaching process.
Clients agree to:
• Perform exercises safely and to the best of their ability
• Follow training guidance and program instructions
• Communicate honestly during check-ins
• Inform SM Performance & Coaching LLC of injuries, medical conditions, or limitations
• Ask questions if they are unsure how to perform an exercise
Client results depend largely on consistency, effort, and adherence to the program.
Payment Terms
Coaching services are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated.
Clients agree that:
• Payment must be made on time to maintain coaching services
• Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of coaching services
• Access to coaching services may be paused until payment is resolved
All payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment platforms.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel coaching services at any time by providing at least 7 days notice prior to the next billing cycle.
If cancellation occurs after a billing cycle has started, coaching services will continue until the end of that billing period and cancellation will apply to the following cycle.
Refunds are not issued for completed or partially completed coaching periods.
Communication Expectations
SM Performance & Coaching LLC aims to provide timely and supportive communication.
Clients can expect:
• Responses to messages within 24–48 business hours
• Regular check-ins depending on the coaching plan selected
• Professional and respectful communication
Clients are expected to maintain respectful communication as part of the coaching relationship.
Coaching Scope
Online coaching services provide guidance related to:
• Exercise programming
• Fitness training
• General nutrition education
• Habit and lifestyle recommendations
Coaching services do not replace medical advice or treatment from licensed healthcare professionals.
SM Performance & Coaching LLC does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
Clients should consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in exercise and fitness activities carries inherent risks, including injury or health complications.
By participating in coaching services, clients acknowledge that they voluntarily assume these risks.
Clients are responsible for performing exercises safely and modifying activities when necessary.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SM Performance & Coaching LLC shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in coaching services, training programs, or fitness activities.
Participation in coaching services is voluntary and undertaken at the client’s own risk.
Progress Tracking and Media Consent
As part of the coaching process, progress tracking may include:
• Body weight tracking
• Progress photos
• Training performance metrics
• Body measurements
These tools help evaluate progress and guide program adjustments.
Progress photos or testimonials will only be used for marketing purposes with the client’s explicit permission.
Agreement
By purchasing or participating in coaching services provided by SM Performance & Coaching LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Coaching Agreement.
